Scale of Charges for Landlords from 1st June 2021

80%(+vat) of rent achieved payable for each letting where the tenant is introduced through the Agent (min Fee £400)

Listing and Vetting Fee 75% (+vat) of first month rent minimum of £350.
12% of of the rent received, deducted by the Agent

Professional hourly rate

 

£100 Charged by the Agent when required to carry out any additional services

The fees under the above services are payable when any individual or organisation enters into an agreement to rent the Property as a result of our promotion, introduction, or viewing by the Agent.  All prices inclusive of VAT

Where the Landlord cancels the Agent’s instruction to provide a management service the Agent will charge, and the Landlord will pay, a fee based upon 10% of the agreed rent for the period, not exceeding six months from the commencement date of the tenancy.

We have many ways of marketing your property. We of course use mainstream services like Rightmove and Zoopla – but we expand on this to achieve maximum coverage within the most suitable demographic for the property you are listing.
